MANOJ ARORA
Manoj is a Partner and co-head of AMS. He is an experienced executive search professional having partnered with several clients in the Services, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Technology space. His strong client engagement skills and ability to navigate through networks has allowed him to establish and build long-term relationships with clients. A good understanding of the influencing trends in the industry enables him to deliver quality in all assignments. He has led several engagements with start-ups and multi-national organizations. Prior to joining AMS, he had worked in IT industry for more than 20 years in Marketing, Sales and Project Management. He worked in organization like HCL & PCL and his last assignment was with PCL as General Manager. He is a graduate from University of Delhi.
Sujata Aurora
Sujata is a Partner and co-head of AMS. She has more then 20 years of experience in the executive search industry and has led several senior & middle management mandates with various clients in Consulting, Outsourcing & HR space. She has partnered several clients in these verticals and hence has a good understanding of the key industry data and professional movements. Her intense client management and delivery capability has helped in building an exclusive and continuous relationship with several large corporations. Prior to this she was the Marketing Head with HCL Ltd. She is a postgraduate from FMS, Delhi.
